This week has been a normal week.
A week to switch off the alarm clock at 6.30. To have a shower and eat my breakfast in my way to work. A week to be in an office 8 hours per day, trying to make them as much interesting and pleasant as possible.

I hate you virus.
Deeply genuinely hate.
This is the fifth consecutive day of living with a virus. Five long nights with no sleep. Five long days dealing with paracetamol, ibuprofen, sore throat relief. Onions in a plate. Herbs steaming. Put the pillow up. Dress the children down. Visits to the doctor. They're still here and this virus doesn't seem to be getting the message.

I´ll tell you what. I haven't started my Christmas shopping.
I am what the experts call a last minute Christmas Shopper. Or a Extreme Christmas Shopper. I always leave it for the last minute. In other words, I love Christmas but I hate Christmas shopping.

Since I have children I always keep a camera no more than a metre far away from me. I can easily take more than 2000 pictures per year (now they still allow me) and then I normally produce an annual digital album. Yes, I'm a nightmare.
There are pictures from our holidays, birthdays and special events. But there are also pictures of mundane things like family lunches, cooking, bath time, playground, etc. And yes, also this kind of pictures our parents take deliberately to make us feel completely embarrassed in the future. Lots of them.

This week I would like to talk you about films. Yes, because
this is a food blog and what a better place to eat than in front of a screen.
This is exactly where and when the best and most original recipes are invented.
Salt and sugar popcorn.
Nesquik popcorn.
Popcorn dipped in pate, coleslaw, peanut butter, jam, cream
cheese, ice cream, honey….
Everything goes well with popcorn.

Fact: I don´t like pork.
The exception that proves the rule: I love bacon. And cured ham. And gammon. And ribs, especially with barbecue sauce. And doughnuts (let's not kid ourselves, doughnuts are around 90% pork fat).
And, of course, I deeply love sausages.
But honestly, I don´t like pork.
